Please note that our availability calendar shows those guests that have paid a deposit.
We may have other guests "penciled-in" that are meeting with other family members for confirmation of dates.
Jane and I try to be fair in our accomodating our guests by
observing the "first come first served approach". Many times a date may be opened on our calendar, but I
may have to check back with those that are "penciled-in" first. Thanks!
